Founder | Mentor | Non-Profit Leader
Eleanor Brook brings 36 years of management experience, including more than 20 years in the non-profit sector. Her greatest qualification has been hands-on experience, learning, leading, building and overcoming challenges along the way.
As Founder and CEO of Home of Hope, Eleanor built the organisation from the ground up into a financially sustainable organisation with an annual budget of approximately R12 million. She established a Child and Youth Care Centre, special needs school, care farm and a charity shop generating over R3.5 million annually towards sustainability.
Her experience also includes working with children and young adults with intellectual and physical disabilities
Today, Eleanor uses this practical experience to mentor new and emerging organisations, helping them build strong foundations, develop sustainable strategies and turn their passion into meaningful, lasting impact.
Her passion is to help others turn their vision into a structured, sustainable organisation that can make a lasting difference.
